Decisions and Orders of the Court

Decisions and orders of the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court may be accessed using the following methods.

1. Log in to our Decisions and Orders Search Application. You may complete and submit a Request for Access Form to request access credentials.  Unable to access our web applications (apps) and web services? Please contact us to provide your Internet Protocol (IP address) so we can provide assistance.

2. Request copies of decisions and orders via our Record Request web application (please note that the public can only request copies of specifically identified decisions and orders by providing a case name or docket and page number).

3. Attorneys who subscribe to the following legal research services may use these to search for the decisions and orders of our court.
