NOTE: Amendments to Rules 9, 10, 12, 14, 21, 26, 32, 47 and Addendum 2 were adopted at a public meeting on December 30, 2025. A revised Schedule of Fees for Medical Services was also adopted.
Amendments to non-adjudicatory Rules 32 and 47 are effective December 30, 2025. Amendments to non-adjudicatory Rule 26 and the Schedule of Fees for Medical Services are effective January 1, 2026. These recently adopted rules may be viewed below.
Amendments to adjudicatory Rules 9, 10, 12, 14, and 21 will become effective only upon review and approval by the Nebraska Supreme Court.
