A. The insurer shall file a report as required by NEB. REV. STAT. § 48-144.02 with the court within 10 days of the effective date of such policy. The insurer shall give notice to the court of cancellation or nonrenewal of a workers’ compensation insurance policy as required by § 48-144.03.
B. Except as otherwise approved by the administrator of the compensation court, any report or notice required in (A) above shall be completed and filed electronically in the form and manner prescribed by the administrator.
C. A risk management pool shall file a report as required by § 48-144.02 with the court within 10 days whenever any risk management pool is organized or whenever a risk management pool accepts a new member, voluntarily terminates a member, or involuntarily terminates a member. Such report shall be filed in the form and manner prescribed by the administrator of the court.
